Villa is tucked in the hilltop village Kaštelir, just 10 km north from Poreč, surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation such as olive groves, vineyards and fields. The closest beach – Lanterna is just 20 minutes drive from the villa.
Villa Papillon is ready to accommodate groups of 6-8 people, ideal for families with kids, as it stretches on the enclosed property of 300 m2, including 32 m2 swimming pool, big outdoor terrace with lounge area, which is perfect for grilling and outdoor dining. Furthermore there are five sun loungers laid out just next to the pool, offering fantastic daytime relaxation with the book or cold drink.
The indoor part of villa has a special charm as it delights its guest with subtle beauty of butterflies, which served as an inspiration for the interior design. Total area of 160 m2 is spread over two floor, featuring big living room with sofa and a swing, spacious dining area with kitchen and breakfast bar, ideal for having freshly brewed morning coffee directly from the professional Barista espresso machine. On the ground floor can be found one smaller bedroom with access to the bathroom, as well as a staircase which takes us to the first floor where other three bedrooms are. Each bedroom has large double bed, which can be divided into two single beds, air conditioning, satellite TV and spacious wardrobe. Two out of three bedrooms offer very nice sea view, whereas the Master bedroom (ensuite) has direct access to the balcony and small lounge area. The upper floor also features a small office corner, ideal for digital nomads or simply a workspace if someone wishes to use while staying at the villa.
